Pambili retains investor relations consultant
CALGARY, Canada (June 5, 2024)—Pambili Natural Resources Corporation ("Pambili" or the “Company”) (TSX-V: PNN) announces today that as part of its ongoing strategy to raise the profile of Pambili and its Golden Valley project to investors, the Company has entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with Mr. Emil Bagge, an investor relations consultant, to provide marketing and investor relations services to enhance visibility, effective immediately. The term of the Agreement is for an initial six months (the “Term”) and the Company may elect to extend the Term on a month-to-month basis or as required.
Under the Agreement, Mr. Bagge will provide investor and public relations services to the Company including coordinating external marketing campaigns, maintaining social media programs, arranging virtual road shows, and assisting with private placement funding. Mr. Bagge participated in the recently announced $105,000 Non-brokered Private Placement (“NBPP”) and was also a Finder of subscribers to the NBPP.
By way of compensation, the Company will grant Mr. Bagge 50,000 incentive stock options exercisable for five years at an exercise price per share that is the greater of: (a) $0.10 and (b) the “Discounted Market Price” as such term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). The Options will vest over 12 months and Mr. Bagge has agreed to comply with all applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSXV.
The Agreement is subject to TSXV approval this disclosure is made in accordance with TSXV Policy 3.4 – Investor Relations, Promotional and Market-Making Activities.
